Terri Maxwell, Ph.D., APRN
Terri Maxwell, Ph.D., APRN, is the Vice President of Clinical Education at Enclara Pharmacia. Terri is responsible for overseeing and contributing to the development of clinical education and resources to assist Enclara Pharmacia’s hospice partners in providing evidence-based symptom management and palliative care to their patients.
Terri previously was VP of Strategic Initiatives for Weatherbee Resources Inc. and the Hospice Education Network and has a long history of as a leader in hospice and palliative care. A frequent presenter at state and national meetings, Terri is a well-published author on a range of palliative care topics. She obtained her BSN from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters Degree and Ph.D. in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania.
